DESCRIPTION

Description：

The balanced foam proportioning device is a foam fire extinguishing device used in oil terminals.

The foam mixture of this device is mixed by the foam liquid pump pressurizing the foam liquid into the balance valve, and then injected into the proportioning mixer after adjustment by the balance valve. When the water in the main pipeline has different working conditions due to changes in pressure and flow, it is ensured that the device can continuously configure a foam mixture with a more accurate mixing ratio during operation, and supply the foam generating equipment with qualified foam for effective fire extinguishing operations.

Advantage：

1. The amount of foam liquid entering the foam proportioning mixer is dynamically adjusted by the balancing valve to ensure an accurate mixing ratio.

2. The stainless steel foam liquid gear pump is used to supply the foam liquid, so that the working pressure and flow rate of the foam mixture have a large adaptability range and will not rust due to the corrosion of the foam liquid.

3. The pressure relief/pressure holding valve pressure relief reflux ensures the stability of the rated working pressure of the device.

4. The normal pressure stainless steel foam liquid storage tank is used, which is simple to maintain, highly reliable and has a long service life.

5. The device is used for any foam fire extinguishing agent (protein, fluoroprotein, water-forming film, etc.)

6. Foam liquid can be added at any time during the fire extinguishing process, which can better meet the needs of modern large-scale foam fire fighting projects and work more reliably.
